"Elmar bloos, maar glimlag.

Elmar blushed but smiled.

Hy wys hulle 'n plekkie waar hy tydens 'n vorige uitstappie was.

He showed them a spot he had been to on a previous trip.

Kobus lag.

Kobus laughed.

"Ek kan foto’s neem as die mis oplig," bied hy aan.

"I can take photos once the mist lifts," he offered.

Anika glimlag.

Anika smiled.

Sy het sy hulp nodig.

She needed his help.

Hulle stap verder en kyk na die onbekende plante.

They continued walking and looked at the unknown plants.

Elmar wys hulle 'n klein blommetjie.

Elmar showed them a small flower.

"Dis 'n seldsame een.

"It's a rare one.

I've seen it before!"
